Gosh thankyou so much for staying with me on this journey it really has been a blessing to have such devoted fans who deserve an explanation. There also was the addition of a little joke side quest, a little teaser for those who look around, a faux NTR conflict involving Kyle's long lost older brother whom his mother THOUGHT she aborted but only grew stronger, Negative Kyel. Nothing serious. I will however retire after this comic is posted and to make sure only my most loyal fans get it, I will compile this comic into a MEga and will post the key to this link exactly 3 days and 3 hours from the time this post is made. It will stay up for 3 minutes and then I will take it down. As for the donor comics I have already distributed them to a select group of tumblr users who will "find" these comics from the aether and claim that there is no source.

Doodle, if you're seeing this, it's been half a year since the last update. HALF. A. YEAR. We're not mad, we're just disappointed you ran off again. Like, come on man just finish the flash animation and do the comic you were commissioned to do man. If you just make one fucking update saying "Hey guys, it's me doodle!" and tell us whether or not you're gonna finish it than I'll be satisfied. Even if you come out and say "No, I'm not finishing date night" I'd be pissed, but at least we can say you were man enough to tell us what was going on.

Both of these should be used to get in contact with him. Pleas be respectful and just try to get into contact with him, if you really wanna see this thing finished there's two options.

2. We do it ourselves, and by we I mean someone out there reading this. i can't draw for shit nor can I do anything with flash, but at this point someone could've easily copied his style and finished the fucker.

Just to say, he's using flash and using that to animate takes a ong time, he's not using tweens for this he's doing it frame by frame and that takes quite a while, example look at Oneyg's or harry partridge animations those take months to years to work on and he's trying to finish it instead of giving small updates, we have to wait, it may be a long time and someone may take inspiration from the post above of someone taking control of date night in his style, we will see, I hope for him to return but for now we wait. Also it's about to hit two hundred on this soon so new place for messages soon.

DeleteI've read your report on the half-year crisis. I'll be hoping to get a reply, I honestly worry for the creator's health at this point. I don't believe anything short from death would have kept him from his projects. Or an ego-shattering review by some cunt on the internet.
But to digress, you're a good man to have made it this far. Where most would have shattered, I appreciate your ability to keep for a joke. I can not offer anything but hope as we silently watch and wait. Doodle had a legacy to leave, a truer one than he left us with.
I hope he returns someday. That is all.
Just to say, he's using flash and using that to animate takes a ong time, he's not using tweens for this he's doing it frame by frame and that takes quite a while, example look at Oneyg's or harry partridge animations those take months to years to work on and he's trying to finish it instead of giving small updates, we have to wait, it may be a long time and someone may take inspiration from the post above of someone taking control of date night in his style, we will see, I hope for him to return but for now we wait. Also it's about to hit two hundred on this soon so new place for messages soon.

Not to mention he said "So check back in a few weeks, I'll have more info then." in his last Checking In update. So yeah, "we have to wait" is the only concrete thing, really.
