2/16/2015 EDIT: I saw what you guys saw, how it seemed like maybe Rocco had prematurely ejaculated. Well I made some minor fixes that will, hopefully, give you a better sense of time passing and sex happening.
Here it is, Mom/Son 3 "Shower". Okay, so I've been hinting for a while that there's something cool about this comic... well here's the deal. I think you guys will be particularly interested to know that this comic was actually a commision. Why is that interesting? Because it was, in fact, commissioned by a real life mother son couple who saw my comics and wanted to share their experiences in comic form. Yes, that's right. This is based on real events, with a real mother and son, Rocco and Gina (not their real names), that's their picture down below, and you can read all about them on reddit.
There's two versions of the comic, they're basically the same with a few minor exceptions. One is what they wanted verbatim and the other suits my personal tastes a little better. I hope you guys enjoy it.

Wow, just wow. There's something so intriguing about knowing this is real. Interestingly enough, I'm a bit on the fence as to the two versions. I am a fan of hairy ladies myself, but I feel like their version has just a tad too much. I think it's the connection to the belly button that throws me off. I've never seen that before and I can't shake the feeling that something is lost by covering the waistline. Alas, this is purely personal preference. As far as the artwork goes: beautiful on both counts. My only real complaint is that, like Anon said, the ending is too abrupt. Still, it's quality work. I especially like the shot of Gina undressing outside the shower. It's almost like an erotic version of an A Day To Remember album cover.

Ha! I just realized that the flow of the comic makes it seem like he penetrated and came right away, that's not what I was going for though. So in that sense, it does kind of end abruptly. I just needed to keep the comic small, 6 panels (not including all those sub-panels)... I didn't want to imply it ended before it really began. Maybe a change of positions would have conveyed time better. Eh... next time.

It's a bit sloppy, but a possible quick fix would be to add a narrative box that says something to the tune of, "After Many Mother-Loving Minutes", or whatever suits you. Just a thought.
DeleteYeah, I considered something like that already but I feel like it spoon feeds you the narrative and comes off silly in this context. I was thinking of adding a few "wap"s in the last panel to signify that they were at least having sex before he came. Maybe a few motion lines around his hips and her breasts.

Your version with the stubble is better than the fur taco version. Too much hair kinda makes it comical.
ReplyDeleteI liked the hairy one better. It had the true feel of this "genre". The talk and the mentality is the part I love the most. The more motherly, the better. The hairless one felt unfinished, lost.

As was already stated (under Checking In, I believe), DN's taking a break from Date Night until Camping is done. This was a one-off because it was commissioned.

ReplyDeleteI don't know how else to describe it, but to me there should have been more build up/dialogue leading up to the climax (that being the sex in the shower). And the climax maybe should have been longer, too imo. All is obviously my opinion, and if you have trouble coming up with verbal content, let me know as I could be of assistance! I realize that this may be the way they wanted it to be told, but that could've been left in their version, and a more passion driven version could be yours instead.
